At Cures Plus, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a risk-free 30-day guarantee on all our products. If your massager does not meet your expectations, simply email us at contact.curesplus@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and you can claim a full refund.
Defective Products
We take pride in the quality of our massagers, but on rare occasions, a product may be damaged during transit or arrive defective. If this happens, please email us at contact.curesplus@gmail.com with proof of the defective product within 30 days of delivery. You can choose between a free replacement or an immediate refund.
How to Return a Product
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Our Returns Policy allows for returns within 30 days of the product’s arrival at your address. The buyer is responsible for returning the product to us for assessment, repair, or exchange. Please note that original priority shipping fees are non-refundable.
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please reach out to us first at contact.curesplus@gmail.com so we can provide you with the correct return address. Orders returned to an incorrect address may result in delays or denial of your refund or exchange.
When returning items, please include your name, shipping address, and order number. We recommend using a trackable mailing option to ensure we receive your return. Please wrap your package carefully, as we cannot process exchanges or refunds for products damaged during return shipping.
At this time, we do not accept returns through direct drop-offs to our return address.
Cancellation Terms
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is in our system, it cannot be edited, and it may not be possible to stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process. If we can prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it to us using the return process outlined above.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned orders.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse and it passes inspection, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued using your original method of payment.
